Drive to the pick-up point at the address indicated on your booking and the valet parking company staff will pick up your vehicle and take it to a nearby public car park in Amsterdam, where it will remain until you request for it to be returned. And remember! So, he decided to design a public palace that could temporarily put up with these stock brokers until the imminent triumph of socialism! Unfortunately this didn’t materialise. Although, the Beurs has actually been a “public palace” since 1985 and is considered one of the most important pieces of 20th century Dutch architecture. Just down the road is Dam Square along with its little family of attractions, the Paleis op de Dam - Royal Palace - Nieuwe Kerk and the National Monument war memorial provide a serious bit of culture for you to sink your teeth into. For a different vibe you can pop into Madame Tussauds and see which celebrity you most look like or go check out the Bijenkorf shopping centre to get your retail fix. If this doesn’t satisfy your hunger, cross over Dam Square and have a look in the Magna Plaza or on Kalverstraat where you will find all your favourite high-street brands!
